These terms govern your use of Jayton — a coaching assistant for grassroots football managers, operated by Jayton App Ltd. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If anything is unclear, email us at hello@jayton.app.
Jayton is operated by Jayton App Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number 17252391). References to "we", "us", and "Jayton" in these terms mean Jayton App Ltd.
References to "you" mean the individual using the service, or the organisation on whose behalf the service is being used.
Jayton is a coaching assistant delivered via WhatsApp. It processes voice notes and messages from coaches to generate player profiles, match reports, training plans, reminders, and other coaching outputs.
The service is intended for use by adult coaches managing grassroots football teams. You must be 18 or over to use Jayton.
Jayton is a coaching tool, not a professional advisory service. Outputs are generated from the information you provide and are intended to support -- not replace -- your own judgement as a coach. We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of Jayton's outputs.
Access to Jayton is tied to your WhatsApp number. You are responsible for keeping that number secure and for all activity that takes place through it.
You must not share access with others or allow third parties to use the service through your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, or if we believe your use of the service poses a risk to others.
You agree to use Jayton only for its intended purpose — coaching support for grassroots football. You must not:
Where your team includes players under the age of 18, you are responsible for ensuring your use of Jayton complies with applicable safeguarding obligations and data protection law. We recommend using first names or initials only when referring to players in the service.
Jayton is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Current pricing is available at jayton.app. Prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel at any time -- cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. We will notify active subscribers by email before any price change takes effect.
Refunds are not provided for partial months, except where required by law.
Everything you send to Jayton -- your coaching notes, player observations, voice notes -- belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You grant us a limited licence to process your content for the sole purpose of providing the service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models or for any purpose beyond operating Jayton.

Jayton uses AI to generate coaching outputs from the information you provide. These outputs are based on what you tell us -- they are not independently verified and may contain errors or omissions.
You should apply your own judgement before acting on any output. Jayton does not provide medical, legal, safeguarding, or financial advice.
We aim to keep Jayton available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control.
We will aim to give advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jayton App Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or decisions made on the basis of Jayton's outputs.
Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us during that period.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling your subscription.
We may suspend or terminate your access with reasonable notice if you breach these terms, or immediately if we believe continued access poses a significant risk.
On termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted, in line with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will notify active subscribers by email with at least 14 days' notice before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
