Jayton is a coaching assistant built for grassroots football managers. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user. We’ve written it in plain English — if anything is unclear, email us at hello@jayton.app.

We do not collect data about children. Player profiles contain coaching observations only — no names beyond what you choose to use, no contact details, no data that would directly identify a child. We strongly recommend using first names or initials only.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics tool. The only technical storage used is what is necessary for the website to function.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and data minimisation. No system is completely secure — if you have concerns about a specific data security issue, please contact us.
